I hereby request permission to install a generator at the abovementioned property subject to the following terms and conditions:

• A “super silent” generator with a residential silencer will be installed.

• Please include the generator specifications from the supplier.

• The generator will be housed in an Aesthetically pleasing enclosure to reduce the noise level to 55 db @ 7 meters from the generator during the day and 45db at night.

• Fuel / Diesel will be stored so as not to create a safety risk.

• A Certificate of Compliance (COC) for electrical installations will be submitted.

• The placement of the generator will be of such a nature that it will not create an unsightly image or any inconvenience / disturbance to the neighbours.
