An accurate tee shot off the tee box is required for the finishing hole, which is protected by a water hazards that stretches the length of the hole on the right. The water hazard, out-of-bound to the left of the fairway and a bunker left of the fairway approximately 260m from the tee box makes it a challenging tee shot. Committed shots are required throughout this hole.
A 2nd shot lay-up is highly advisable short of the water in front of the green which leaves about 120m into the two-tier green. A third shot from the middle of the fairway provides for a full view of the large green making it easier to finish with a birdie or par.
Lower handicap players can take on the green in two, but this shot requires a long and accurate approach shot with water short, right and beyond the green. Be sure to reflect on your ‘shot of the day’ while take in the breathtaking views of the lakes around the 18th green and the clubhouse which will surely see you return for another round!
