I hereby authorise the contact person to attend to/arrange any emergency repairs that may be required during my absence.

Prior to your departure, please attend to the following:

1. Test your alarm (if applicable) by phoning the Control Room on (012) 809-0424/5
2. Make sure the contact person staying at your house knows how to operate your alarm and has the Control Room Number.
3. Arrange temporary access for the person staying in your house via the Visitors Management Application on your mobile phone.
4. Keys should not be left in the doors.
5. Deliveries (newspapers etc.) should be stopped for the duration of your holiday.
6. All firearms are to be locked away.
