Rules applicable to the issuance of the One Day Clearance:

1. Only the Main Contractor may apply for One Day Clearance for his personnel.
2. Contractor personnel may not walk between building sites and are not permitted to leave the construction site, save as may be required to enter or exit the Township.
3. No vehicle, no access to the Township.
4. Only original ZA ID/passport, ZA driver’s licence (if ZA citizen), passport with workers permit or asylum document are accepted. No ZA ID/passport, ZA driver’s licence (if ZA citizen), passport with workers permit or asylum document, no access.
5. The Rules of the Silver Lakes Homeowners Association (“SLHOA”) must be adhered to at all times.
6. Bribing of the security guards will not be tolerated.
7. Should any Contractor work for longer than five (5) days in the Township, their fingerprint must be enrolled at the SLHOA office at a cost of R85.00.
8. Contractor activity in the Township is limited to:
   • Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 18:00 (Excluding public holidays)
   • Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00
9. Contractor personnel are not permitted in the Estate outside the above hours. No contractor or his personnel shall overnight on a building site.
10. You hereby waive, on your own behalf and on behalf of those who accompany you, any claims which you or they may have, arising out of any injury, loss of life or loss of property or damage of whatever nature occurring to yourself, them or your or their property while in the Township.
