Rules applicable to the issuance of the One Day Clearance:

1. Only the Resident may apply for One Day Clearance for his staff.
2. Staff members not registered with the HOA office must be fetched at the gate by the resident and taken back to the gate until such time as the staff member is registered with the HOA office.
3. Only original ZA ID/passport, ZA driver’s license (if ZA citizen), passport with workers permit or asylum document are accepted. No ZA ID/passport, ZA driver’s license (if ZA citizen), passport with workers permit or asylum document, no access.
