If the refuse container/s is/are removed or damaged by any party other than the SLHOA, the owner will be held liable for the replacement cost of R862.50 per bin, which costs will be added to the owner’s levy account. Refuse removal takes place weekly and is performed by a third party. Please ensure that your bin is put out on the pavement before 07h00 on collection day. Request for additional bins will be charged at R106.00 per bin per month and will be added to the homeowner's levy account. Please note: all household waste must be able to fit into your household refuse bin with the lid closed, additional black bags placed on top of your refuse bin or next to your household refuse bins will not be removed. The following will not be collected: • bricks, rubble or soil • garden waste Garden waste refuse bins can be requested from the SLHOA at reception@silverlakes.co.za or are available on the Silver Lakes App and Silver Lakes website. Bulk garden waste or building rubble removal can be arranged directly through Bi-waste at biwaste@gmail.com. IMPORTANT: If a tenant completes this application form, the owner of the property must sign the form. If not able to sign the form, the tenant will attach an email from the homeowner permitting the tenant to apply for another bin/s.
